The Children's Education Advisory Service (CEAS) provides expert and impartial advice about the education of service children.
CEAS provides information and advice as well as supporting parents at meetings with schools, local authorities, at tribunal etc. No question is too small or too large for us to deal with. If we don’t know the answer ourselves we usually know someone who does.

Big White Wall - Armed Forces Support Network

New Big White Wall app – free for UK Armed Forces

Big White Wall is an online community support network for people experiencing emotional distress, free to all UK serving personnel, veterans and family members.  It provides a safe, anonymous space 24/7 to express how you are feeling and share with others experiencing similar issues.  There is a range of self-care resources including practical coping strategies and guided self-help courses to help improve your mental wellbeing. 

Tablet and smartphone users can now download the BWW app for Android and iOS. The app will enable you to access Big White Wall on the go, at any time.

The apps are free to download and use, but you will still need to join via the desktop version of the site when you sign up for the first time.

A free, unique mental health awareness app is available for armed forces veterans to download.


Following the successful launch of the innovative Joining Forces mental health awareness app for serving military personnel, a similar app is now also available for veterans.


The Veterans Mental Heath app includes help and guidance on key mental conditions, much like the Joining Forces app.

Carillion Amey Notice

Change to existing service From 1st March, CarillionAmey, are changing their opening times for their complaints and compliments call line, the 0800 707 6000 option 5 number, at the Helpdesk.  On the Option 5 service, calls will now be answered between 0830hrs to 1700hrs.  CarillionAmey want to make sure that families who have raised complaints receive clearer responses and in order to do this we need our complaints handlers to spend quality time looking into each complaint to provide more informed responses to each customer. This change is intended to improve our customer service to you, our customers.
